My husband and me recently travelled to Borneo and stayed for a week between 19/09/2011 and 25/09/2011.

I would like to thank you very much for making our stay so organised and special.

Our whole time in Borneo was co ordinated by yourselves and ran perfectly without any fault or delay.

All the drivers that met us at Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan airports and the hotel were waiting for us and welcomed us. They were all very smart and displayed company identification. The small vans were clean and all had water available for us. They were all very polite and informative. I cannot recall all the names, sorry, but they were all a credit to your company and made our transfers stress free.

Also we were kept informed of departure and pick up times by letters that arrived at our hotels which also added to a stress free holiday for us.

We went on a trip into the rainforest, caves, turtle island and Sepilok. Our guide for the whole trip was Salam.

We both learnt more about Borneo from Salam than any book or internet could ever teach us. He discussed with us the inforstructure, politics, daily life, all the wildlife and so much more. Nothing was too much trouble for him and no question went unanswered. He is a genius. He even took pictures of us at various locations that came out perpectly!

So Borneo trails I cannot thank you enough for making our trip just so wonderful. Again, I say, your staff are a credit to you.

We booked this whole holiday through a large successful tour company here at home. I am forwarding this email to them as well so that they continue to book you for their customers.

Thank you very much for organizing the trip. I enjoyed the trip very much. From beginning to the end everything was flawless and went smoothly.

Transportation was all on time, the tour guides were very friendly and had very good knowledge of the history. All the other guest in the tour group were very impressed with the tour guides and mentioned how knowledgeable and sincere the guides were.

The van in good condition, seat belts all working, air con good, smelled good in the van too!

Comment: Hi the tour was really gud. Both the driver and especially the guide Zul were really excellent. Because we only saw one oran utan at Sepilog they agreed for us to back & pay again if course to them before we flew back. This time they were 7 including babies. The river cruise and the Borneo Lodge place were also excellent. All in all it was a very good trip.

Thank you very much fir your help. Today it's off to Penang to Shangri las Golden Sands hope the trip organiser is as good as you.

Comment: hi julie, thank you so much for a well organized tour in kota kinabalu from may 26-30. we never had any glitch from airport pick-up till the last moment that we were brought to the airport. you had a very efficient schedule. my husband and i , with my sister in law and her grandchild truly appreciate your taking care of our needs during the tour. we commend also our driver-tourist guide RAJ who was so knowledgeable in his job and who saw to it that we got everything we needed. his happy personality made every trip enjoyable. our daughters who spent a holiday in kota last year had him also as their guide and have only good things to say about him, too. what we liked about RAJ is that he has good rapport with his guests and treats them with personal touch. in just a matter of minutes we decided we could truly trust him. there's no trouble communicating with him because he speaks good english. he goes out of his way to make our trips comfortable and safe. in fact, we left kota with heavy hearts because we felt we left not only a friend there but someone who is already like a member of the family to us. thank you, RAJ, and we hope we'll see you again. borneo trails is lucky to have you in their company. good luck!

Comment: Please thank Abdul Salam Lasaing and his driver for a wonderful day. They took us to see the proboscis monkeys and then on to Sepilok to see the orang-utans. Abdul was incredibly helpful and informative, and his driver was without doubt the safest we had throughout our holiday in Sabah! When we mentioned we were interested in seeing the memorial in Sandakan they happily took us there, although they could have just taken us to the airport and gone home early! We had a fantastic day and are very grateful to the two of them.

When we were stuck without transport back to kota kinabalu airport he went out of his way to organise a reliable taxi to take us. We were not part of his tour group and he need not have assisted us at all but he really went out of his way to do so. we highly recommend him as an ambassador of your company and Sabah.

I just wanted to write to you to thank you so much for my tour in Sepliok, I had a great time (apart from the snakes which I am glad you did not put on me!!) and my highlight was definitely the Borneos largest Bird Park with those 2 big silver birds!! J

Just a quick email to express my appreciation at the high standard of tour guide you presented my wife and I with today for our Hot Springs outing. We were picked up from the Nexus hotel promptly at 8.30am as agreed and recieved such a warm welcome onto our tour bus.

We were chaperoned by Raj who was both professional and friendly. Raj typifies the good nature, well mannered and good humored nature of all the Malaysian people we have met so far. Along with his excellent knowledge and accommodating nature he is truly an asset to your company.

We have not yet had the pleasure of meeting any of your other tour guides as this was our 1st outing. We have another tour planned and if Raj is anything to go by, we thoroughly look forward to our next outing.
