Discover the healing waters of Poring Hot Springs, where a Japanese-style open-air bath provides the perfect retreat to relax and rejuvenate. For the adventurous, the Canopy Walkway offers a thrilling experience, suspended 41 meters above the ground, allowing you to take in the panoramic views of the tropical jungle. Explore the Butterfly Farm, home to a variety of butterfly species and a dedicated conservation area.
Wake up in Kundasang, surrounded by majestic mountain views and crisp, fresh air. A visit to Kinabalu Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers an educational walk through the Botanical Garden, home to rare orchids, exotic plants, and vibrant wildlife. Explore the trails, visit the Mountain Garden and Exhibition Hall, and learn about the fascinating ecosystems of Mount Kinabalu.

DAY 1 – KOTA KINABALU/ NABALU MARKET/ PORING / KUNDASANG [L/D]
0730hrs - Take a scenic 2 hours’ drive to Kinabalu Park passing by villages and paddy fields along mountainous roads that wind along the Crocker range. Along the way, make a brief stop at Nabalu Market. Nabalu is a place where the local natives gather to sell local produce, fruits, home grown vegetables and handicraft souvenirs. It is also here where you can get lucky to capture unforgettable moments of Mount Kinabalu stunning views.
Proceed for about 1.5 hour drive to Poring Hot Springs. Lunch will be served at Poring Hot Spring Restaurant. After lunch, a must visit is the Canopy Walkway which 20 minutes hike is needed. Experience the height of 41 metres above the ground and length of 157 metres. There are a total of 2 canopy bridges specifically allotted for local visitors and tourists to experience the height of approximately 12-storey building!
Visit the next attraction, Butterfly Farm, where it features a garden, nursery and hatchery for education, research and preservation purposes. After which, you may just take a dip in the open air Japanese styled bathtub which the natural hot sulphuric minerals is believed to have therapeutic effects to soak away the sores and aches of your muscles.
After a relaxing soak, transfer to Kinabalu Pine Resort or similar. Overnight and dinner at Kinabalu Pine Resort.
DAY 2 - KUNDASANG / KOTA KINABALU [B/L]
0600hrs - Wake up as early to catch the sunrise. Appreciate the imposing beauty of Mount Kinabalu before your very eyes as it is slowly surrounded by the clouds. After breakfast, enjoy the refreshing and cooling air. Depart to Kinabalu Park and proceed for an educational walk along the nature trails in the Botanical Garden. Kinabalu Park boasts an estimate of 4,500 species of plants which include 1,500 species of orchids, 77 of which are endemic to Kinabalu. The park also supports 289 species of birds and 290 different types of butterflies. Visit the Mountain Garden and Exhibition Hall. You can have the option to explore the trails around Kinabalu Park. Today's lunch will be at restaurant in Kinabalu Park. Afterwards a brief stopped at the Park HQ to receive the World Heritage Site Certificate before departing back to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu City.

*As Poring Hot Spring is a public area, you may expect big crowd of visitors and locals during weekends & public holidays.
