Dear Laura,

I am writing to thank you , Jeffrey, Walter and Humphrey for helping to make our holiday in Sabah so memorable.

You may remember that my husband and I were the English tourists who wanted a slightly unusual visit and overnight stay in Papar.On that occasion you made the changes we requested and Jeffrey and Humphrey were wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly guides.

We were also very grateful for the help and advice you gave us when we needed to re-arrange our onward flight to Sarawak.

My reason for visiting Papar was to compare it with how it was in the 1960s when I taught at a Papar School. On 24th May , Humphrey was very very, helpful as he drove us to places in Papar that I remembered, before taking us back to the Nexus Resort.

I do have a favour to ask you and I hope you will be able to help me :- when we reached St Joseph's School in Papar  the batteries on both our cameras ran out and we were unable to take any photographs. My roommate in the 1960s taught at St Joseph's and she would love to see photographs of her old school  would it be possible to ask Humphrey if he could take a few photographs of St Josephs ( old and new) and e mail them to me?

I would be for ever grateful if you could do this for.

I write in the first instance to thank you for the well organised and thoroughly professional package that you arranged for us. All arrangements went exactly to plan and all of the BT Staff and guides were very professional, dedicated to providing quality service and very hard working. The hotels, cafes and restaurants ( and meals included that I did not read about until they happened) were all superb.

 Hi Jame and company. We were in March 2013 trip to Sandakan and Sukau WILDLIFE TRAILS EXPERIENCE, where we enjoyed Turtel Island. but most of all we enjoyed the most exciting days to be with 'Curt' our guide is like no other in the world can talk about life in the rainforest and talk about amazing things. NEVER have we had so many experiences in such a short time. A big thank you to all of Sandakan, where we in no way felt to differ in religion or cultures. We got help with the little things we did not have in place and everything went very smoothly for us. We wish us already back to your amazing island but allowed that it is the same guide we have. We just want to let others know that although some countries are advising against travel to Sabah we have found absolutely nothing to worry about. We have been to K.Kinabalu, Ranau, Sepilok etc & are still enjoying a brilliant holiday and have no worries
