Sorry for the late email. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to wish you and Walter a Big Thank you for making our very first holiday in Sabah an exciting and memorable one. To be very honest with you, we have no complaints at all. I have also spoken and promoted the destination to my friends and colleagues and hopefully, they contact you or Walter in the future. It was truly a dream vacation for us and thank you once again. With God's blessing, we do wish to come again to Sabah and probably for a longer period in the future.

Just to let you know how impressed we were with our guide on the tour of the orangutans sanctuary, proboscis monkey and sunbears.  Gerald Lajangang (Elod) was fantastic.  He made a great experience excellent his knowledge / information he gave us was top quality.  We would again like to thank him and George our driver for making it a magical experience.

I just wanted to email you to let you know what a great tour this was and also to pass on my thanks for all your help and assistance throughout the tour and before I arrived. You were very helpful and efficient so thank you again.

I also wanted to let you know how great your 2 guides were. Both excellent in every way and full of lots of interesting and useful information and local knowledge. They both went that extra mile to ensure the guests all had a truly memorable tour and enjoyed Borneo to the full. Please pass on my best wishes and thanks to them both. Everyone from the drivers to the boat crew in the jungle and the staff at all the lodges in the jungle were excellent and did their upmost to make this such a fantastic tour. I will hopefully be back next year sometime and thoroughly enjoyed my first tour of Borneo.

Hi Mia and Bernadette,

My 2 sisters and I have just returned from a Trip A Deal holiday to Borneo which was organised by Trip a Deal and Borneo Trails and I just wanted to let you know how wonderful the whole experience was!

Right from day 1, I was so impressed with the professionalism and excellent service we received, which continued throughout the 2 weeks.

Luckily, we only had 12 in the group which was such a perfect number and we all got on so well.

The driver Patra, the guides Roland and Jame were exceptional. They certainly made our holiday so memorable and rewarding. Their knowledge and information they shared with us was brilliant and so informative and by the end of our time, we felt they were a part of our family. Also Jame and Roland were so considerate and aware of passengers' needs and limitations.

I was amazed how diverse all the activities were….snorkelling, steam train, cultural centre, jungle trekking, canopy walks, city tours, wildlife experiences ….the list goes on and every single one was fun and fulfilling.

The food was exceptional and top quality and so much of it. Every place also catered superbly for my sister’s issues with certain foods and always provided her with a special meal.

I certainly appreciated also that you, Bernadette took on board my suggestion of changing the bus travel in Kota Kinabalu (providing 2 mini buses, rather than back tracking with the 1 bus) because the location of the 2 hotels were so far apart.

So, without a doubt, I would recommend highly this trip and will spread the word to all and hopefully, more people will want to discover the beauty and wonders of Sabah, like we did.
