Thanks for the offer in July for the train but we will be home in Tasmania.

We enjoyed our trip yesterday to Orangutan excursion.

The guide was 100% at his job and could not fault the tour. Congratulations on a well structured tour.

Hi Elod  Hope you are keeping well?Roger and I had a fantastic day spent with you, so knowledgeable and I found the POW memorial very interesting, if you remember I told you that my father received gun shot to his face and lost is eye, spending many weeks in Alexandra Hospital, then taken to Changi Prison for 3 years. I have managed to pack my clam shell in my case and great its arrived in one piece. Two days after you looked after us for the day, we started talking to 2 couples at the Hotel and they also spent the day with you , they also said they had a wonderful day. What a small world the lady taxi driver (Lauren)that dropped us at the Airport to go home was a good friend of yours ,we all said you work very hard ,and Roger and are looking forward to seeing you next February. As you could see ,when you and the driver Abdul dropped us off at the airport i had a few tears because you gave us a special day .BIG THANK YOU . Dear Bernadette and all the team at Borneo Trails

To say "Thank You" does not seem enough for the most wonderful trip I have experienced in my ten visits to Sabah since 1966.

I’m sure I speak for everybody on the tour in saying the organisation, accommodation, tour bus and the effort of yourself, Roland and the Bus Driver was exceptional.

I know you did some trips to Keningau before hand to see if everything was organised this also was appreciated.

From Day 1 when we arrived at Sandakan Airport to our last morning in Kota Kinabalu all our services, dinners, school reception, the Ferry Crossing Memorial were above all our expectations.

Bernadette your efforts along with Roland and the bus driver were very professional always delivered with a smile every day under sometimes trying conditions.

Borneo Trails should be congratulated for having people of your calibre working for them and I would have no hesitation in recommending Borneo Trails to any future tours or individuals  who would like to visit Sabah.

Hi All, I just want to thank you for an amazing experience in Borneo. We spent 3 days at a lodge on the Kinabatangan river and were lucky enough to see orangutans, endless monkeys, elephants and crocodiles. The lodge itself was very pleasant with the buffet style meals ensuring nobody was left hungry.

Our trip was made so good by Jeff, our tour guide who always seemed to be there without ever intruding personal space. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, even helping other guides to better explain things, and had the perfect personality to be a guide, we cannot thank him enough for all of his help whilst we were away.

The best part for me was that it always felt like an individual experience, many tours like this can be overcrowded by the agents which takes away from the experience but this tour made sure only a maximum of four were in each boat and that made it so much better.

Thanks again for a wonderful trip, and thanks again to Jeff for being outstanding n his job.

Hi Carol,

I just wanted to email and say a very big thank you to you and your amazing team.

We had a fantastic day in Sandakan. Everything went very smoothly and we had an amazing time.  I will be going on Trip Advisor soon and will leave excellent feedback for you.
Jeff was a great guide and had everything organised for us.  He knew all the secrets and he made sure we saw and experienced everything.
We saw plenty of Organgutans,  and even got very close to one as we walked back to the car.  The Orangutan was sitting on the rails of the walking track so we have some wonderful photos.
The Sun Bears were so cute and we saw plenty of them also.
I loved the monkeys and they were so interesting to watch.  Again we were so close we could have touched them. They are all amazing animals and so much fun to see in their natural habitat.
Jeff heard from another guide that there were some silver monkeys in another area and we were able to see them and their babies also.
The lunch was awesome and the high tea was a lovely way to end the day.
We are very tired today but it was all worth it and we are so glad we did this trip.  It was an amazing experience.
All of our drivers were waiting for us to take us to and from the airport.

Again, thank you so much for an awesome experience in Sandakan.
